About Our Project

STE²AM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, Mathematics + Entrepreneurship) education integrates science, technology, engineering, arts, and mathematics with entrepreneurship through an interdisciplinary approach. This approach aims to foster future leaders and entrepreneurs by providing students with opportunities to develop creative thinking, problem-solving skills, and innovative projects.

The STE²AM Project, led by faculty members from the Faculty of Education at Gaziantep University (GAÜN), aims to build a strong foundation in entrepreneurship through educational programs. Within this project, comprehensive training has been provided to teachers focusing on the integration of entrepreneurship and STEAM disciplines (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, Mathematics). The training content covers topics such as Fundamentals of Entrepreneurship, STEAM and Entrepreneurship, STEAM and Engineering, Project-Based Learning Methods, Artificial Intelligence, GPT Technologies, Web 2.0 Tools, Internet of Things, Machine Learning and Deep Learning, and 5G Technologies.

Developed under the leadership of Assoc. Prof. Dr. Mehmet Başaran, with contributions from Prof. Dr. Birsen Bağçeci, Prof. Dr. Ömer Eyercioğlu, Instructor Behzat Şençay, and Dr. Serkan Özbay, this training program combines theoretical knowledge with practical applications to deepen teachers' understanding of entrepreneurship and STEAM topics.
